Account creation is encouraged and may allow you to track orders, view purchase history, and manage preferences. Guest checkout remains available. Typographical or System Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to a typographical, technical, or system error, we reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel or refuse orders placed for the affected item, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method.

Natural Variations: We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, specifications, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual items may vary slightly due to natural variations in gemstones and metals, handcrafting, lighting, photography, and individual display-screen settings.

AI-Generated Content & Product Imagery: Certain product images, lifestyle visuals, model representations, or background scenes on this website may be computer-generated, AI-generated, digitally enhanced, or composited for illustrative or promotional purposes. 4. Shipping & Delivery

All purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy. Please review our Shipping Policy prior to completing your order.

We process and ship online orders exclusively within the United States. We offer complimentary, fully insured ground shipping on domestic orders, subject to the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy. Express shipping can be available upon request for an additional fee.

An adult signature is required for delivery. The carrier may require identification and may impose additional delivery requirements. If an adult is unavailable to sign for the package, the carrier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Packages returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or non-pickup may incur reasonable redelivery fees before re-shipment.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe required by applicable law, we will notify you of the delay and, where required by applicable law, provide you with the applicable option to consent to the delay or cancel the order for a prompt refund.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, carrier delivery schedules are not guaranteed and delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to an order passes in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the carrier service used for delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that an authorized recipient is available to accept delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are subject to our Returns Policy. Please review our Return Policy prior to completing your order for details regarding eligible items, return windows, custom order exclusions, and processing procedures.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-designed jewelry, bespoke creations, made-to-order pieces, special orders, and products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Returns may be refused if an item has been worn, damaged, resized, engraved, altered, repaired, modified, or otherwise changed after delivery.

Processing Fees: Certain approved returns may be subject to a restocking or processing fee to cover handling and transaction processing expenses.

6. Order Cancellations

Order Cancellation Requests: Because we may begin processing orders promptly after purchase, cancellation requests for standard in-stock items must be submitted as soon as possible after order placement. Once an order has been processed, packaged, or handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled and must instead be handled under our Returns Policy, if eligible.

Custom & Bespoke Orders: Once a custom jewelry design, bespoke creation, special order, or ring or jewelry resizing order has been confirmed or production has commenced, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancellation Fees: Approved order cancellations may be subject to a restocking or processing fee to cover handling and transaction processing expenses.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to decline, hold, or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including, but not limited to, unverified order details, inability to confirm billing or transaction-security requirements, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing or typographical errors, stock unavailability, or failure to meet purchasing requirements. If Rashi Jewelry cancels an order and payment has already been collected, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property, Non-Affiliation, Product Sourcing

All content on this website—including jewelry designs created by Rashi Jewelry, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, product descriptions, original photography, and other original materials—is owned by Rashi Jewelry, RashiRocks LLC, or the applicable rights holder.
